About Expert Baseball Tips
Hello! I'm "CP" from expert baseball tips. ("CP" stands for Coach Posey, but my players call me "CP" for short.)
For the past 45 years I have spent my spring and/or summer on the baseball field both as a player or a coach starting in oprganized baseball at the age of 7. For the past 28 years I have been a high school head coach.
During this period more than 75 of our former student athletes have gone on to play at the next level in college and/or professional baseball. It's been a privilege to coach many fine athletes over the years. One such young man included my oldest son, Micah Posey, who has been playing professional baseball for the past seven years. You will find several articles and drills that Micah has included on this website. I am grateful for his contributions. He is an excellent student of the game and has gained much insight from the variety of coaches he has played under during his career. You can be confident that we have the experience in baseball that will benefit a variety of individuals at all levels of the game. Feel free to contact us with your questions or comments.
